Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (Parkdale Queen West CHC) is a community-based non-profit health service organization serving south- mid-west Toronto. We offer a broad range of services, including primary health care, dental care, harm reduction, health promotion, counselling, and community development programming, through interdisciplinary teams.

Our work is guided by our commitment to clients, community, equity and social justice with a mission to provide healthcare to people where, when and how they need it. It is rooted in the principles that good health for people and communities is possible only when all have basic needs, equitable services and supports, and the ability to challenge and/or remove barriers that undermine good health and well-being.

Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (Queen West - Central Toronto Community Health Centres) is a community-based, non-profit medical centre serving south and mid-west Toronto. Rooted in the belief that strong health for people and communities depends on equitable services and supports, the organization focuses on helping individuals access healthcare where, when, and how they need it—especially by working to challenge and remove barriers that can undermine wellbeing. Using interdisciplinary teams, Parkdale Queen West CHC delivers a broad range of health and community services, including primary health care, dental care, harm reduction, health promotion, counselling, and community development programming. Guided by values of clients, community, equity, and social justice, the centre combines healthcare and community programming to support long-term health outcomes and strengthen access to care across the local community.
